Conducted Free Medical Camp for “Karuthal” a group for persons with disabilities, formed by the Chaldean Syrian Church, Thrissur - Assessed 41 persons with disabilities - provided therapies and assistive devices for 9 patients. Ongoing follow up is arranged.

October 19, 2022:

Free Multi-disciplinary medical Camp and Assistive Technology Exhibition was conducted at the PMR Block, AIMS with participation from all departments involved in care of children with Cerebral Palsy, in relation to the World Cerebral Palsy Day Observations. The camp was held in association with Various Govt. and Non Govt. Organizations working in the field along with IAP Thrissur and IAPMR Kerala Chapter. Foundation for International Rehabilitation Research & Empowerment (FIRRE) conducted exhibition of assistive technology and displayed various types of wheelchairs, transfer devices, communication devices, prostheses and orthoses, teaching and learning materials, technology for the visually impaired, etc.

Soft Launch of Simorgh Clinic - an evening clinic at Pullazhi, Thrissur caring for the local community with basic medical and nursing, and advanced rehabilitation services. The clinic specializes in Pain Management, Neuro- and Paediatric Rehabilitation and Assistive Technology Solutions, including vehicle modifications.
